Congratulations to Team Pink on becoming The Hockey Academy's 2023 Spring/Summer Woburn champions!

The Pink team finished out the end of the regular season coming in as the 4th seed with only 3 points on their season causing them to play the number one seed, Light Blue in round one of the playoffs.

Pink came out of the gate strong, taking a 1-0 lead heading into the second period. Pink struck again in the second period making it 2-0 going into the third. Light Blue battled back scoring 1 in the third, but it was not enough to hold Pink off. Pink defeated Light Blue 2-1, their first victory of the season, bringing them to the championship game .

The final game saw a Pink v White matchup where, again, Pink came out strong right away scoring 2 in the first. The remainder of the game saw no goals until White scored their first in the third period, looking to make a come-back. Pink was again able to hold onto their 2-1 lead despites White's best effort to tie the game up. Pink won the game 2-1, their second win of the season, and were named Woburn Spring/Summer League Champions!

Congratulations Pink on being named champions and a big congratulations to Barry Glovsky who was handed the trophy first after this season being his first championship season with The Hockey Academy's Woburn League!
